Passports - we will collect passports for checking and visa processing the first week back from the february holiday { 1st to the 3rd march 2011} this is the week before the first training day which is on sunday the 6th march 2011
- passports not requiring visas will be returned by the end of that week
- passports requiring visas will be retained and sent to the embassy with paperwork etc and should be ready to collect by the end of the following week.
* please note that any passports holders needing a visa, who have not handed in their passports on this day [6th march 2011 is the absolute latest ] - will not get their visa processed as part of the group and will thus have to complete the visa process in their own time and at their own cost.
