□    Sleeping bag liner

□    First aid kit

□    Blister kit

□    Walking boots/shoes

□    Walking socks

□    Trousers, shorts, shirts, underwear

□    Metal – fork, spoon, knife, teaspoon *

□    Small plate and bowl

□    Hand wash/sanitizer

□    Ziplock bags

□    Camera

□    Small notebook, pens and pencil

□    Suisse army knife * 

□    Small rucksack/bag – to carry as hand luggage on plane

□    Suncream

□    Hat

□    Water proof Coat

□    Toothbrush and paste

□    Showergel

□    Jumper or fleece

□    Torch and batteries

□    Sunglasses

□    Wet wipes

□    Tissue packs

□    International award record book

□    Passport

* do not pack these items in hand luggage for the plane journey
