Silver expedition trip checklist

Suggestions on what to take on the Cyprus expedition

□    Rucksack – 60 to 70 Litres*

□    Sleeping bag &   Sleeping bag liner (this keeps the bag clean)

□    First aid kit (Including Blister kit)

□    Walking boots/shoes &    Walking socks

□    Trousers, shorts, shirts, underwear

□   Clothes for the non expedition days

 □   Metal – fork, spoon, knife, teaspoon **

□    Small plate and bowl

□    Hand wash/sanitizer

□    Ziplock bags & large black bins sacks

□    Camera

□    Small notebook, pens and pencil

□    Suisse army knife ** 

□    Small rucksack/bag – (7kg max) to carry as hand luggage on plane

□    Sun cream &    Hat

□    Water proof Coat

□    Toothbrush and toothpaste

□    Shower gel & shampoo  

□    Jumper or fleece or lightweight windproof top

□    Torch and batteries (headtorch is best)

□    Sunglasses

□    Wet wipes & Tissue packs small size

□    International award record book
□    Passport

□    Swimsuit or swimming shorts  

* Your Packed rucksack should not exceed 22 kg
